As one of the approved vendors for the Osceola County School District, we are providing this on-line catalog to all of the schools in Osceola County.
This on-line catalog will allow the schools to request quotes, get pricing and enter orders on line for school related apparels. The site has been specially designed for school administrator to use when ordering garments for their school staff. This is not a web site to enter Student Uniform orders.
Orders placed here are for garments being embroidered with one (1) logo in one (1) location on the garment. Alpha will charge a flat fee of $5.00 for embroidery regardless of the school logo being used. Our only limitation is that, the logo being embroidered can not have more than 8,000 stitches. Most logos are less than 8,000 stitches. For logos larger than 8,000 stitches we will charge $0.25 for each additional 1,000 stitches. If you have a logo that is larger than 8,000 stitches, please let us know and we can quote you a price.
PRICES: Prices listed in this on-line catalog are special discounted prices for the schools using this web site. We can only offer these prices if you place your orders thru this web site. Also, because of the discounts, these prices are good for orders of 1 to 100 units. If your order is larger than 100 units, then please request a quote because chances are we can get you a better price.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT MY COST IS? It is very simple. As you select and enter items into your SHOPPING CART, you will see listed in the shopping cart the shirt prices and the embroidery cost as two separate amounts.
The shirt prices are listed in the shopping cart as Price and also as Amount.This is only the price of the shirt with not embroidery. After you add the shirts to the shopping cart and you request your shopping cart to be updated a new screen will come up with the total prices. At the bottom of the screen, you will see Cost of embroidering the logo on the selected items. This line shows you the cost of embroidery. The Total line at the bottom shows the final cost of the shirts with the embroidery.
PURCHASE ORDERS: The School District requires that any order placed with us must have a PO. We will not process any orders without a PO.
