Please look
around and pick items for yourselves - you each have been supplied a Gift Credit that will be applied to your order.
Everyone has
until Jan 1, 2020 to use their gift credit. After that date all orders will be
processed and then delivered directly to you; tax and shipping will be added to your
order. Gift Credits expire then as well. Refer to the Spec Sheet for each item to make sure sizing and all is correct. Embellished Items are non-returnable.
Please fill
out all the information along with your Gift Credit Code. Any amounts over that will be your responsibility
and the Store Manager will contact you regarding any balance owed.
Embellishments (as a general rule):
POLOS - will
have the Cleary logo Embroidered on the left chest and the 35th year
anniversary logo on the sleeve
OUTERWEAR/FLEECE - will
have the Cleary 35th anniversary logo Embroidered on the left chest
WOVEN SHIRTS
– will be Embroidered Tonal with the Cleary logo above the pocket or
Left Chest
YOUTH/INFANT/TODDLERS - will be Embroidered with the Cleary logo
HEADWEAR - will have the Cleary logo Embroidered on them
SCREEN PRINTED SHIRTS (only on: Short Sleeve Gildan 2000 and Long Sleeve Gildan G2400) - will be Screen Printed with the Cleary logo on the Left Chest and the Cleary 35th Anniversary on the Back
ALL OTHER T-SHIRTS - will be Embroidered with the Cleary Logo
